Building in public · India
Computer science graduate exploring logistics, SaaS, marketplaces, and AI-driven products. Not in stealth — shipping in the open.
About
I'm a CS graduate from India who got drawn into startups not through theory, but through the obsession of wanting to build things that work. The gap between a good idea and a working product is where I live.
My focus right now is logistics, SaaS, and marketplaces — areas where software can meaningfully reduce friction for real businesses. I started with DeleMate, a same-day delivery platform for SMEs, and I'm building more around similar pain points.
I believe the best way to learn is to build publicly, fail fast, and document everything. This site is that documentation — not polished victories, but the actual process.
Long-term vision: build a suite of focused, profitable software products for emerging markets, starting with logistics and supply chain infrastructure.
Currently
Same-day delivery infrastructure for SMEs. Helping small and medium businesses offer fast delivery without owning logistics. A marketplace model connecting senders with local delivery partners.
Validating micro-SaaS ideas targeting B2B segments — operations, inventory, and communication tools. Testing willingness to pay before writing a line of backend code.
Exploring how AI agents can automate repetitive ops tasks for logistics companies — route optimization, ETA prediction, exception handling, and automated communication flows.
End-to-end platform for PG owners to manage bookings, tenant onboarding, rent collection, room occupancy, maintenance requests, and digital operations from one dashboard.
Ideas Lab
Full-stack web app for technical interview prep — coding practice, real-time mock interviews, resume analysis, and personalized AI feedback.
AI that reads logistics documents — invoices, POs, shipping manifests — and auto-populates ERP/WMS systems. Kills manual data entry.
Real-time delivery analytics dashboard for D2C brands. Track last-mile performance, carrier SLAs, and customer satisfaction in one place.
Tool for operations teams to document SOPs, create checklists, and track process adherence — built for Indian SME operations culture.
Lightweight demand forecasting for small retailers and D2C brands who can't afford enterprise tools. AI-first, CSV-in, insights-out.
A simple relationship manager for early-stage founders tracking investors, partners, advisors, and customers — none of the Salesforce bloat.
Timeline
Studied CS formally — algorithms, systems, databases. More importantly, spent nights reading startup post-mortems, building side projects, and trying to understand why products fail or succeed.
FoundationStarted a small café venture during college as my first real business experiment. Taught me customer behaviour, daily operations, pricing, and managing costs — my first hands-on lesson in entrepreneurship.
First businessStarted an EdTech company with my own capital, investing time, money, and energy into product development and branding. Eventually chose to exit — but the experience sharpened my understanding of startups, execution, and capital allocation.
Built · Invested · ExitedWorked in the Founder's Office at a quick commerce pharmacy startup. Managed operations, strategic planning, hiring, and execution roadmaps to improve speed, reliability, and scale.
Operations · StrategyLeading operations at DeleMate, a same-day delivery platform for SMEs. Handling end-to-end execution — operations, sales, marketing, partnerships, and growth strategy. Building an efficient logistics network, one delivery at a time.
Building · Operating · ScalingBuild a focused portfolio of profitable SaaS tools for logistics, operations, and adjacent verticals. Emerging markets, India-first — global eventually.
RoadmapNotes
The problem isn't bad ideas — it's the gap between idea and execution. Most founders spend months in planning mode. Shipping badly is better than planning perfectly.
Software for Indian small businesses requires rethinking UX assumptions. No desktop, inconsistent internet, WhatsApp as primary comms. The product has to meet users where they are, not where you are.
I built a product nobody needed. Not because I didn't talk to users — I did. But I heard what I wanted to hear. The hardest skill in startups is listening to what people actually mean, not what they say.
Logistics is one of the most underserved sectors for SaaS in India. Enterprise tools are too expensive, Excel is too manual. There's a gap in the middle — vertical SaaS with a focused workflow.
Conviction
The goal isn't a portfolio of side projects. It's a compounding set of businesses that solve real problems for real markets.
Ship early. Learn constantly. Document everything.
India is the market. The world is the opportunity.
Logistics, SaaS, AI — where I'll spend the next decade.
Build in public. No stealth. No excuses.
